Our eyes are the most important part of our body and often the least cared as well. However, taking care of the eyes is no rocket science and you will not have to have a bunch of eye care products. In fact, very little effort paired up with moderate resources can ensure a long and healthy life for your eyes. Eating healthy, avoiding sunburn, etc, are some measures you can take to get rid of any existing eye problem as well as ward-off any future eye disorder. The 21st century life style is structured such that people get little time to sleep and have to take the burden of too much work to make a living. As a result, the hectic lifestyle is leading to different kinds of diseases and an enduring ill-health; especially for the eyes. Some of them include:
* Night blindness
* Tunnel vision
* Macular degeneration
* Eye redness
* Dry eyes
Other than these, rate of affecting with eye diseases like Glaucoma, Myopia, Cataract, Presybopia, Astigmatism etc. have increased rapidly in the recent past.
A disease like Blepharitis is the swelling of the eyelids on the edges. It can lead to redness, ulcers, light sensitivity and bleeding. Signs of this disease include loss of eyelashes, itching, burning and irritation in the inner surface of the eye lids.
Once occurred, this disease can be really difficult to cure and the worse thing is that it can come back again if you do not take proper care of your eyes religiously.
